The site integrates with the Greater Pocatello Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to update the area properties listings every hour automatically.

In addition to the custom design, including custom graphics for their Google+ and Facebook pages, and search programming, Studio 305 also provides copywriting and consulting to Rocky Mountain Real Estate through the Webmaster-for-Rent program.
