The Greater Pocatello Association of Realtors (GPAR) is responsible for maintaining the vast database of property for sale in the Pocatello area. Previously GPAR had two websites?one to display properties and one with information about the association?and wanted to combine then into one user-friendly, and mobile-friendly, site.

Studio 305 was up to the challenge and created a fresh, modern WordPress site for GPAR. Property data from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database is automatically pulled into the site so it always has the most up-to-date information for those searching for property. Details for all current REALTORS and Real Estate offices is also pulled from the MLS and displayed on the site automatically.
